Agreement
These terms govern your use of Closora's products and website. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Closora provides autonomous finance-operations agents and related software. Availability targets and support are described in your order form or master agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes. Agent actions remain subject to the policy gates you configure.
Customer data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. We act on your ledger only within your configured policies.
Fees
Fees are described in your order form. Closora is priced against value delivered; usage above plan caps is billed at published rates.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information with reasonable care and uses it only to perform under the agreement.
Warranties & disclaimers
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided 'as is'.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages; liability is capped as set out in your agreement.
Term & termination
Either party may terminate as described in the agreement. Upon termination we help you export your data and then delete it per our retention policy.
